When you use CleanRoom App, you trust us with your personal data. We are committed to maintaining that trust. This notice describes the personal data ("data") we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices regarding it. We recommend reading this notice along with our privacy overview, which highlights key points about our practices in this area.

This notice applies to all users of CleanRoom App services anywhere. Users: People who use the app to record their attendance by geolocation. All persons subject to this notice will be referred to as "users". Our privacy practices are subject to the laws in force in the places where the App is used. This means we apply the practices described in this notice in a country or region only if its laws allow it.

• CleanRoom App does NOT collect personal data.
• CleanRoom App only requires your geolocation to mark your attendance.
• We collect approximate location data from the mobile device of the registered user in the App when it runs in the foreground (app open and on screen) and the user activates the "REGISTER" button.
• The same user, with their consent, may take a photo while using the App by activating the "REGISTER" button.
• There is no other use or collection of data.

CleanRoom App allows users to access the data it collects. When the button is activated, a message appears at the bottom with the collected data.

We may update this notice occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify users. The use of our services after an update constitutes consent to the modified notice to the extent permitted by law.
